Insurance for Inspectors 

Although Wyoming doesn’t have requirements regarding insurance for home inspectors, many local real estate boards and home inspector business franchises require their affiliate members to meet certain coverage standards. How to Join InterNACHI

Marketing Cards (free for members):

InterNACHI members can hand out these marketing cards to licensed real estate agents to promote their businesses to licensed real estate agents. The marketing cards are free for InterNACHI members.
 
This is a great marketing strategy because a real estate agent has to enter the InterNACHI member's ID # to gain access to a free, online course. The member is automatically notified by email when a real estate agent begins a course. InterNACHI is a Wyoming-approved course provider for licensed real estate agents.

Radon Tester Certification in Wyoming (online & free for members): 

      
Although there are no state regulations for radon testing in Wyoming (as of Jan 2015), the state recommends to the public the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for testing. Visit the Wyoming Department of Health website for details.
 
NRPP:
InterNACHI's free, online "Radon Measurement Professional Initial Training Course" is AARST-NRPP approved for both initial certification and Continuing Education. To complete all components of the NRPP Radon Certification, please visit their site for more information.  
 
NRSB:
InterNACHI's free, online Radon Measurement Professional Initial Training Course is NRSB-approved for initial certification. For those looking for NRSB continuing education, members should take the free, online "Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provider" course.

Become a Certified Home Energy Inspector™. The online training and certification is free for members. No infrared, no blower door, and no additional training needed.
 



 Wood-Destroying Organisms Inspector 

Wyoming Department of Agriculture approves InterNACHI's free, online Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) Inspection Course for commercial and private pest applicators continuing education credits. Course #1461. Expires 1/31/2022.
