Washington Home Inspection Schools Partnered with InterNACHI

 

 

 

To become a licensed home inspector, you must submit the following to the WA department: (1) an application; (2) proof of a minimum of 120 hours of classroom instruction approved by the board;(3) proof of up to 40 hours of field training supervised by a licensed home inspector; (4) evidence of the successful passage of the written exam; and (5) a fee. The Washington State Department of Licensing approves the classroom and field training provided by InterNACHI's School Partners.
