Sunday, February 15th, at 6pm in Valencia, California ...be there!

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (SoCal InterNACHI), Sunday, February 15th at 6pm.  New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI.  Anyone interested in home inspections can attend.  Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be.  Spouses and Valentines are welcome.  Come hungry!

This meeting is FREE and open to all.

Valentines Weekend Dinner (bring your Valentine): 

  •  Fresh Hot Buffets served with the following items:  Romaine tossed with housemade garlic croutons, roma tomatoes, cucumbers, and Italian vinaigrette.  Fresh Seasonal Vegetable.  Wild rice pilaf, basmati rice, herbed polenta, or buttered pasta.  Rolls and butter.  Fontina Chicken – tarragon, shallots, and garlic in cream sauce with chardonnay and pernod.  Beef or Pork – garlic, cumin, chili and tomato.  Grilled Eggplant Lasagna (vegetarian) – grilled eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella, romano cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh basil.  Wild Mushroom Lasagna (vegetarian) – Portobello, shitake, and crimini mushrooms, gorgonzola, romono cheese, shallots, and tarragon.  Oven roasted Salmon fillet – with fresh basil butter sauce.  Red trout fillet – with rosemary brown butter, lemon zest and Italian parsley.  Combinations of Lemon Rosemary Chicken and Sirloin tips.  Champagne Dijon Chicken and Wild Mushroom Lasagna. Dinner served at 6pm $20. Spouces and Sweethearts welcome.
