Observation

Over driven fastener. This may cay cause pooling around the fastener and corrosion may occur.

Holes not repaired or sealed.  Repairs made and will need to be maintained.

Under driven fasteners, fasteners missing gaskets another source of leaks and corrosion.

Scratches and scuffs on the finish will decrease lifespan and corrode faster. Debris on the surface and dimples will let water set and increase corrosion potential.

DRIP EDGE

According to 2015 IRC R905.2, a drip edge must be installed on the roof.

 Kick out flashing missing. Drip edge on the rake not fully secured.

Observation

The minimum slope for lapped, non-soldered seam metal roofs without applied lap sealant shall be three units vertical in 12 units horizontal (25-percent slope).
