Local Home Inspector Receives National Award

Inspector Russell S. Spriggs received the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors’ “Golden Pen” Award for contributions made to the home inspection industry. 
Spriggs, of Spirit Lake , ID , received the award in the opening ceremonies of InterNACHI’s annual educational conference, recently held in Orlando , FL.   InterNACHI is the largest provider/host of continuing education in the home inspection industry.  With over 17,000 hours of Continuing Education delivered to attending inspectors, this year’s event was the largest educational conference in inspection history.
 
Spriggs (www.cdaInspector.com) conducts home inspections for buyers of new and used homes throughout all of northern Idaho .  He is the President of Idaho’s InterNACHI Chapter and has recently accepted the position of representing InterNACHI at speaking engagements throughout the nation.  “InterNACHI is dedicated to the concepts of safety and education,” says Spriggs, “and I am happy to represent InterNACHI to the home buying public, real estate agents and fellow inspectors.”
