Prior to entering the home inspection profession, Mike Rose spent 15 years in the heating and air conditioning field operating his own residential HVAC service as a Lennox dealer. He earned an unrestricted Georgia Class II heating and AC license in 1981. A home inspector since 1992, Mike is certified to perform Level 1 mold assessments and maintains his professional credentials in both ASHI and InterNACHI. Mike is a big believer in education. He attended 6 quarters of study in residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration. He completed a 40-hour building codes review course, a EIFS and Stucco Inspection and Protocols seminar from Gwinett Tech, and Radalink Corporation's 2-day radon operators measurement course. Mike holds technical diploma from Dekalb Community College and a B.A. and MBA from the University of Miami. Currently he is an adjunct faculty member in the Continuing Education Department of Gwinnet Technical College where he teaches Home Inspection Business Practices. Mike owns and operates Cornerstone Home Inspection Company, is President of InterNACHI's Atlanta Chapter, and sits on our Continuing Education Committee.
