One thing you can do to help prevent roof damage is to keep an eye out for overhanging trees. Tree branches overhanging or rubbing on a roof can cause some serious damage. Trees grow rapidly, and you should check them at least twice a year. As always, use common sense and exercise proper safety precautions on ladders and roofs.
