Paul W. Roebuck, Sr. is the founder and president of TexaSpec Inc. TexaSpec is a professional real estate inspection company specializing in commercial, residential, multi-family, and farm and ranch properties. The company began operations in Houston in 1994. Paul holds a Professional Real Estate Inspector's License from the State of Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).  He is an International Code Council Combination Residential Certified Inspector, the founding president of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA), an InterNACHI-Certified Inspector, a TPREIA Master Inspector, and an ASHI-Certified Inspector, and holds a variety of other professional certifications.
