New Revenue Opportunity for InterNACHI® Members with Partner Residential Consultants

BOULDER, Colo. (June 11, 2024) – InterNACHI® is pleased to announce a new revenue stream for its members offered by Partner Residential Consultants, a subsidiary of Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. Partner Residential Consultants provides construction risk management services and project oversight. They are expanding into residential construction management services and are seeking InterNACHI® members to work for them on an independent-contractor basis as Residential Project Assessors.
The responsibilities of Residential Project Assessors include:
- taking photos of the construction project's progress and site conditions;
- evaluating project completion percentage values;
- writing narrative comments about general conditions; and
- providing other specialized assessments based on their qualifications (such as radon testing, HERS ratings, wind mitigation inspections, light commercial inspections, etc.).
InterNACHI® Founder Nick Gromicko said, "We're always looking for more ways for our members to expand their reach, broaden their experience, and build their revenue, and we hope they can augment their home inspector income with this new opportunity with Partner Residential Consultants."
Partner Residential Consultants operates in all 50 states, but they are experiencing an especially urgent need for qualified PAs in the following states:
