Minimum E&O premiums for inspectors are around $2,000 annually ($100,000 limit). Higher limits are available. Beginning inspectors must show a combination of related experience and training, such as membership in InterNACHI. OREP also offers low group rates on E&O for multiple inspector offices (two or more) that will save you money over "individual policies." A low group rate on General Liability or "business insurance" is offered through The Hartford.
