CH Insurance Brokerage has an Insurance Program for Home Inspectors that
is very cost effective and exceeds the coverage required by most states. Since
NY State made General Liability a requirement for licensing, all home inspectors
have been forced to purchase it. General Liability can be obtained on a monoline
basis with CH Insurance and there are competitive markets for Errors & Omissions.
Since November 2005, over 500 Home Inspectors have taken advantage of the GL policy
and gotten coverage bound the same day they called in. These policies have been
a little over $500 with $1 Million Liability limit and $2 Million Aggregate.
Down payments can be billed out and payment plans are available. Many InterNACHI
members have enjoyed a minimum of 22% savings (some up to 41%!) from their current
