STAY BACK!
Because
of a notorious negligence lawsuit against a home inspector who failed
to keep his client away from a crawlspace floor opening (the client fell
into the opening and broke his arm), InterNACHI has developed this sign
for inspectors.
This sign is made of very strong, durable
plastic and folds up flat, and fits over the rung of your inspection
ladder. And it features a warning in both English and Spanish!
Be
sure you keep your purchase receipt that comes with the sign to prove
that you own and utilize this consumer safety product.
