#2: The second is the Inspection Fee Calculator. You have to set up the gray box first and play with it for a while to get it to bid jobs the way you want them. It considers your base fee, distance from the home, age of the home, size of the home, and how busy you are. Once you set it up, your office manager will bid jobs just like you would: not too high where you lose the inspection to a competitor, but not too low where you leave money on the table.


#3: The third is the Inspection Time Slot Estimator. You have to set up the gray box first again and play with it for a while to get it to schedule jobs correctly. It considers your base time, whether the home is occupied (occupied homes generally take longer to inspect), whether your client is attending (if your client is attending, the inspection will generally take longer), the distance, the age, the size, and what ancillary inspection services you are performing. Once you set it up, your office manager will schedule your day just like you would. You won't be rushing or waiting.


#4: The fourth is the free Online Inspection Agreement System. It allows your office manager to procure your signed inspection agreement ahead of time.
