EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next meeting of the MOKAN Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Saturday, October 11th at 6pm. New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI. Anyone interested in home inspections can attend. Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be. Spouses welcome. Come hungry!

Subject: Residential HVAC – Systems, Troubleshooting and Latest Technologies
James Parkinson is a veteran and expert in the area of both residential and commercial heating and cooling design, installation and service. He has been with Neal-Harris Heating and Cooling for over eight (8) years and currently is their Training Manager and has trained dozens of technicians. James has prior experience in the Radar Technology/Digital Electronics industry. At the October meeting, James will cover the various types of residential systems encountered in homes today including Forced Air Gas/Electric, Heat Pumps, Central Air, Boilers, Steam Heat, Hydronics and Zoned. After a quick overview of systems, James will cover, from an inspectors viewpoint, the various issues with each system, how to recognize these issues and what recommendations to make to correct them. James will entertain your questions at the end of the presentation. Mr. Parkinson is eager and excited to present this information to you and your associates.
