Merrell Institute officially adopts the InterNACHI COE exclusively.
The Merrell Institute has adopted a policy to exclusively use the InterNACHI COE,
as compared to other National Associations. The State of NY gives schools the
choice as to which Ethics to use, and we have officially adopted InterNACHI's to benefit
both the NY State Home Inspector Polulation and further the cause of InterNACHI, as
the fastest growing Professional Home Inspection Association in the country.
