Maryland Home Inspector Training


The state of Maryland approves this 72-hour training course. Revolving classes allow you to start your training shortly after your payment has been approved. Make-up days are available. You won't forfeit your tuition if you miss a couple of classes. The class includes a one-month InterNAChI® membership (for new members only) and all training materials. Convenient classes are offered two nights per week in the evenings. They are conveniently located in Ellicott City, MD. Continuing education courses and National Home Inspector Exam Preparation are available.

Flagsin Inspections


Flagsin Inspections Services provides home inspector education. Flagsin Group is a Maryland State Department of Labor approved education provider. They offer the required 72 hour home inspection training course to prepare individuals to take the state required licensing exam for home inspectors. Flagsin Inspection Services provides professional, comprehensive training to individuals interested in becoming Maryland State licensed home inspectors. The Home Inspection Licensing Exam Preparation course is intended to prepare an individual to take and pass the Maryland State required National Home Inspector Examination administered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI). The course focuses on home inspection process, terminology and laws and regulations referenced in the EBPHI exam bulletin and the applicable Maryland State regulations. 



Community College of Baltimore County CCBC

Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) provides a home inspector training course approved by the state of Maryland. The class includes a one-month student membership to InterNACHI® (for new members only) and student learning materials. Jim Jacobsen from Jacobsen Inspection Services and Paul Platt with Accurate Inspections are the CCBC Home Inspection Licensing Class instructors.
 


 

Pro-Spect


Pro-spect's Inspector Course will provide the tools needed to successfully prepare you to become a licensed home inspector.
