COLUMBUS, Ind. (Nov. 16, 2022) – Makeover Inspections & Consulting LLC today announced their Renovation Consultants Program to recruit, train, and administer consulting services nationwide, while assigning designated territories to InterNACHI^® members who meet the company’s criteria to offer consulting services.

Makeover is building a national network of renovation consultants to perform pre-construction and draw-down inspections for clients and lenders who are using a renovation mortgage to buy/refinance and renovate a property.   

Makeover Founder Tom Michalic says, “This program will be the only national network that can offer HUD consulting, and conventional, VA, USDA, and construction permit inspections at this scale.  Other providers do not offer HUD consulting services at this level.”   

The company has also developed a proprietary app that all of the consultants will use in the field that ties the entire process together between lenders, clients, contractors, and consultants with its Renovation Lending software.  

InterNACHI^® members who want to add an additional service can be paid based on Makeover’s fee schedule, plus mileage, if the project is more than 30 miles round-trip from the consultant’s place of business.
