About Joe Tedesco: Joe is InterNACHI's electrical trainer. Joe was a Director and Program Manager, and Senior Electrical Code Instructor, for National Technology Transfer, Inc., he developed and presented NEC, Grounding, and Building Electrical Inspection seminars nationwide, and presented many customized on site seminars. Joe was the Codes, Standards and Seminar Specialist for the International Association of Electrical Inspectors IAEI, Seminar Manager, and their lead instructor. Joe helped to edit and write the IAEI News columns, articles, Soares Grounding book, One and Two Family Dwellings, Ferm’s Fast Finder, and served as a member of the ETS Educational Testing Service Electrical Advisory Test Writing Committee for electrical licensing examinations. He was an alternate member of the NEC Technical Correlating Committee, and member of CMP 20. He was also the original writer of the test questions for the NCPCCI examinations on the subject of Article 680 swimming pools, and was also a member of that committee. He was also the Electrical Field Service Specialist for the National Fire Protection Association in Quincy, MA, presented seminars on the NEC, and attended electrical industry meetings. Joe provided informal interpretations on the NEC, was a Staff liaison for National Electrical Code, and the Committee on Electrical Equipment of Industrial Machinery, NFPA 79. Besides running his own business as a Massachusetts Electrical Code Update provider, he is also a licensed Master Electrical and holds various certifications related to his expertise and InterNACHI's electrical trainer. Joe writes articles in the EC&M Magazine, for CodeWatch, an Internet Publication, and for Dear InterNACHI. Joe is a Licensed Journeyman and Master Electrician in Massachusetts and holds all of the IAEI certifications 2A, 2B, and 2C.
