Home Inspector Licensing (online & free for members)

The state requires an individual to pass the state exam.
Insurance for Inspectors
Although Vermont doesn’t have requirements regarding insurance for home inspectors, many local real estate boards and home inspector business franchises require their affiliate members to meet certain coverage standards. InterNACHI-Certified Home Inspectors are required to complete twenty-four (24) hours of Continuing Education every year to renew their certification. Review InterNACHI's Continuing Education Policy.

Radon Tester Certification in Vermont (online & free)
