  • In January 2024, InterNACHI® convinced the Superior Court of Pennsylvania to overturn a ruling against a home inspector, thus upholding its statute of repose (limitations).   Read about the legal case that protects all home inspectors at www.nachi.org/statute-of-repose.   • The City of Philadelphia, Department of Licensing and Inspections has approved InterNACHI as a nationally-recognized certifying organization, one of the requirements for obtaining a city home inspector license.
