The math makes sense to buy this home as a rental.

We used the same agent that recommended our inspector to buy the home back. She then sold the consumer another new home. We then used that agent again to list it.
An interesting fact: Exactly one half of all homes that we have bought back were eventually sold to fellow InterNACHI members of family members of InterNACHI members.
We've done a lot of due diligence on this property (as we always do), and it is a nice home. But if you are worried about buying it, simply have a fellow InterNACHI member who participates in the "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Guarantee program inspect it, and if you don't like it up to 90 days after closing, InterNACHI will buy it back again... from you.
