InterNACHI® Adds Joseph Denneler, Esq., to Its Legal Team

BOULDER, Colo. (July 6, 2018) – The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) and Joe Denneler, Esq., along with EliteMGA – an industry leader in home inspector E&O insurance – have formed a strategic partnership.  As the newest member of InterNACHI’s Legal Team, Mr. Denneler will provide enhanced risk-management solutions for InterNACHI® members. 

Mr. Denneler is the preeminent home inspection litigation attorney in the United States. By working with the InterNACHI® Elite Risk Insurance Program, members will be provided with unparalleled claim management assistance. Through the program, called Claims Assist,
Mr. Denneler can help mitigate claims that arise, help prevent future claims using information on regulatory compliance, and prepare inspectors to resolve potential claim issues before they occur.

Mr. Denneler has been a litigation attorney for over 20 years, almost exclusively representing home inspectors in litigation and arbitration matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has litigated issues involving home inspector standards of practice, contract issues, consumer fraud, and inspector licensure successfully and has earned a reputation as a fierce defender of inspectors. Mr. Denneler obtained the first appellate decision involving enforcement of arbitration clauses in New Jersey, and has also obtained appellate victories for clients on many other hot-button issues for inspectors. He has developed a keen insight into evaluating claims against inspectors and using practical and legal strategies to protect inspectors when they need it most. He also founded InspectionContracts.com, a one-stop shop for inspectors looking for inspection agreements in every state in the U.S.
