I, James Gonte will be teaching the importance of following an order during an inspection at a single family house (LIVE). I have been inspecting properties since 1992. I have a Home Inspectors License HI 158, Mold Assessors License MRSA 243 and Radon Gas License R1978 . I am a Florida Association of Building Inspector MPI 619, Certified Master Inspector , Certified Commercial Property Inspector , Home Inspector Association of South Florida Member, and Building Official Association of Florida Member. I am the co founder of Inspector Brotherhood and the founder / administrator of Worldwide Inspectors Network Group (WING). If you follow an order you will not miss anything, reduce your liability and be more efficient during an inspection. The cost of this 4 hour class will $99.00 to be paid at the time and date of class. This class is for NEW and Season Inspectors. After class its lunch time we will be discussing what is happening in the inspection profession.or any questions that you may have.
