Different versions exist for different states/provinces and countries. InterNACHI Chapters can order their own custom versions (with articles by their members) for marketing purposes. I.Q. has a circulation of 92,000. We have the ability to publish 25,000 copies per 8 hour shift, so if you want your own custom issue you can get it pretty fast.
This issue was quickly put together and it's main purpose was to act as sort of a trial-run in preparation of our publishing REAL Property Times, a real estate newspaper designed to direct real estate agents toward the local InterNACHI members in their markets. RE/MAX has written the featured article for us. REAL Property Times will be sent to 1.1 million real estate agents in the U.S. and Canada.
A future issue of REAL Property Times will be released to announce InterNACHI's upcoming REALmatcher project, the world's largest, open-to-all, multi list service that catches homebuyers upstream (before they are even thinking about a home inspection) by sending them the contact information (and eventually e-brochure) of the InterNACHI members who service the areas they're shopping in.
