Inspection Defect Flashcards
Welcome to InterNACHI's Virtual Inspection Defect Flashcards. This online tool allows you to:
- observe common defects,
- practice identifying and describing them, and
- learn how to properly write the observation in your report.
When looking at a virtual flashcard, you will:
- see a photo of an issue or defect (which you can zoom in and out on);
- be asked about what you are seeing in the photo;
- provided a multiple choice of potential answers.
The back of the card will also provide you with an explanation, and a suggested reporting narrative that you can use in your inspection reports. The narratives are drawn from InterNACHI's Inspection Narrative Library.
