InterNACHI's Home Monitoring Agreement

Use this Home Check Agreement when you provide home-watching services for clients whose primary or vacation home will be vacant.  It contains the same standard language as InterNACHI's Home Inspection Agreement to protect you from liability.  It also includes optional services for closing up and re-opening a home after seasonal or other periods of non-occupancy, as well as provisions for pre- and post-storm inspections, mail forwarding, and more.  Watch this video.
