InterNACHI® is approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to accept GI Bill® funding for the InterNACHI® Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Please note that this benefit is for new students who want to take the Home Inspector Certificate Program, and not a state pre-licensing program. Courses outside of this program do not qualify for VA reimbursement. This benefit cannot be applied towards previous course completions or an already-completed certificate program. You must be approved by the VA to receive any benefits.

New Student Checklist

• Apply for VA benefits at www.VA.gov/education/how-to-apply.

• If you currently have benefits approved at a different school and would like to transfer those benefits to InterNACHI®, visit www.va.gov/education/change-gi-bill-benefits. 

• Submit your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to Moranda Evans at moranda@internachi.org.

• Join InterNACHI® by visiting www.nachi.org/join.

• In order to obtain the full monthly allowance, you must complete a minimum of 18 clock hours of courses each week.

InterNACHI® will submit proof of student hours directly to the VA. You will get reimbursed by the VA at the end of each month.
