Slope of Grade
Slope of the ground or grade around the foundation. Lots shall be graded to drain surface water away from the foundation walls. The grade shall fall not fewer than 6 inches (152mm) within the first 10 feet (3046mm). Source: 2021 IRC, R401.3.
