Option #2: 120-Hour Pre-Licensing Class at the InterNACHI School in Colorado

The total cost of the 120-hour classroom pre-licensing course is $1,875. There are no other fees.

The live training class includes:

40 hours of live training at the InterNACHI School and House of Horrors®;
80 hours of online courses;
1-year membership to InterNACHI (for non-members only);
4 printed textbooks (roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical); and
a set of home maintenance books.

At anytime, you may take the FL Home Inspector License Exam at the InterNACHI School in Boulder, Colorado. If you purchase the 5-day (40-hour) class in Boulder, the exam is included.

Attend and complete the 5-day (40-hour) class in Boulder, Colorado.

Step #3:

Complete the 80 hours of online courses. You can take them before, during, and after the 40-hour class.

Step #4:

Pass the state exam (in Florida or Colorado).

Step #5:

Download your final Certificate of Completion from your Members-Only Education Log.

After completing all of the courses (above), go to your members-only account and click on the "Pre-Licensing" tool to download your final certificate of completion.

If you've passed the Florida proctored state exam with InterNACHI, members can download the certificate for the proctored exam by going to their members-only account and clicking on the "Education Log" tool, then clicking on "View Exam Sessions & Certificates".

If you've passed the Florida proctored state exam with InterNACHI, and you're not a member, email m oranda@internachi.org the exam session code and request the exam's Certificate of Completion. This exam certificate must be submitted to the state.
