My Safe Florida Condo Program

Florida Department of Financial Services awarded a contract to InterNACHI®, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, to serve as the exclusive provider for the My Safe Florida Condo Pilot Program.

This program is designed to help condo associations fortify their buildings against severe weather.

InterNACHI® will employ its Certified Professional Inspectors (CPIs)® to conduct the evaluations designed to identify weather-related vulnerabilities.

InterNACHI® is also inviting other professionals, including licensed general contractors (CGC), certified building contractors (CBC), building inspectors (BN), Certified Master Inspectors® (CMIs®), engineers, and architects to participate.  Interested parties are encouraged to reach out by emailing MySafeFlorida@InterNACHI.org.
