Here are the highlights:

• Everything is built into your InterNACHI^® members-only dashboard.  There's no separate login to remember.
• It now supports larger file uploads. Uploads are also faster, and they're stored on a global content delivery network to ensure fast download speeds for your clients.
• Both sites have had UI/UX updates to make them faster to navigate and easier to use.
• Clients can access their reports using just their email address — no need for them to remember a password.
• Inspectors have more visibility for who accessed a specific report and when.

Remember to promote your Move-In Certified^® Seller’s Inspections. They’re performed just like a standard home inspection, so there’s no additional training required in order to offer them.  Most people who are buying a house are also selling a house, so offering a Move-In Certified^® Seller’s Inspection is a great way to pick up revenue on the other side of the home-buying equation.

A Move-In Certified^® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm to agents and prospective buyers that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified^® Seller’s Inspection alerts the homeowner of any defects or problems with the home so that they can address them before prospective buyers discover them. They can then take the time they need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. They can show prospective buyers that they are dealing in good faith.
