FEMA Inspector and Area Manager Training for Disaster Deployment

InterNACHI is pleased to share an exciting opportunity for inspector management. We are contacting you on behalf of a prime contractor for the FEMA Housing Project. They are presently recruiting housing inspector managers to perform inspector management during a Presidentially-declared disaster under the FEMA Individuals and Households Program (IHP).  If you have prior experience doing FEMA disaster inspections we would like for you to join our Team.

Area Manager and Assistant Area Manager positions are available in many areas for inspectors with previous FEMA disaster inspection experience. We are particularly interested in inspector managers for:

  • California,
  • Arizona,
  • Texas,
  • Utah,
  • Nevada,
  • Illinois and
  • Colorado.
Inspectors with extensive recent FEMA inspection experience may be offered Quick Deployment Team (QDT) assignments.

You can apply for these opportunities by going to www.InspectPro.com/fema. html.  On the “Referral Registration Page” please enter “InterNACHI” as the referring organization.  Follow the link to the “Questionnaire Page” and fill out that form per the directions.  You must then proceed to the Vanguard Inspector Portal and fill out their application.  When filling that out be sure to select “InterNACHI” as the referring company.

If you have any questions, please call Andrea Linnell or Marvin Goldstein at 215-357-8055.

InterNACHI Founder Nick Gromicko and BISCO CEO Marv Goldstein are pleased to announce this new source of revenue for experienced home inspectors. FEMA recently awarded a multimillion-dollar contract that includes a one-year base period (which may be extended up to four additional years) to Vanguard Emergency Management (Vanguard) and will use Vanguard’s housing inspections to confirm damage to homes impacted during disasters in order to assist the U.S. federal government in determining the level of federal aid to be granted to disaster survivors.
