During this class you'll learn how to inspect the exterior systems and components of a home. Learn to identify the components of the exterior; inspect and evaluate each component for its performance; understand how moisture, heat, and energy move through a home; and how to describe to defects observed to clients.
NYS licensed inspectors will receive 16 hours towards their state-required continuing education. Attendees are also eligible for 16 hours of InterNACHI® continuing education credit. Approval # L2877-16.
