InterNACHI's New Jersey Chapter Meeting (Past Event)

Bill Spano will be on hand to present Inspecting Residential Ventilation Systems.  Bill is a registered NJ contractor and NADCA certified air duct cleaning specialist with many years of field experience.  The presentation will review the proper identification and inspection of forced air distribution ducts, as well as other exhaust sources in the home, and discuss the common material defects that inspectors may find during a home inspection.  Bill will touch on home energy efficiency as it pertains to the distribution systems, as well as maintenance of the systems.
