Dr. E.P. (Bill) Hamilton III, P.E., President of Hamilton Associates, an Austin, Texas Architecture, Engineering & Technical Services firm will be on hand to discuss Inspecting for Electrical Safety. Dr. Hamilton is a published expert on electrical safety, who has contributed to the IRC and IBC, and authored the electrical code section of the APSP Pool Builders Manual. He has worked as a forensic engineer on numerous electrical shock incident/injury cases, as an advisor to governmental agencies, and as a consultant to manufacturers. He has taught numerous seminars and courses throughout the United States.
