Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections 3-Day Class (CCPIA) in Pennsylvania

This four-day, in-person class will help individuals confidently enter the commercial sector of the inspection industry. In a series of lectures and class discussions, students will learn about the most significant differences between commercial and residential inspections, ranging from business practices to building systems and components. Students will also perform a mock inspection of the training facility.
This class is hosted by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA).
