CO Home Inspector Training at InterNACHI’s Colorado House of Horrors® (Past Event)

This 5-day training is for anyone new in the home inspection business or an experienced inspector looking to enhance their skills. You will be guided through the House of Horrors®, an entire house with over 1,000 defects, by Certified Master Inspectors. This hands-on training will help prepare you for your home inspection certification. 

During This Training You Will Be:

• instructed by several Certified Master Inspectors®;
  
• performing inspections at the House of Horrors®;
  
• practicing writing home inspection reports;
  
• test-driving over $20,000 worth of inspection tools;
  
• given free textbooks; 
  
• networking with other inspectors;
  
• given the chance to win special prizes; and
  
• meeting with the InterNACHI® Marketing Team to begin developing your company's own personal brand.
  

This training includes performing inspections at the House of Horrors®, an entire house with a thousand defects built under our roof at InterNACHI® Headquarters. You'll learn how to find all of the defects we intentionally installed in this amazing facility. There are over 120 defects in the plumbing system alone!
