How much time and effort do you put in looking at the landscape on a property? Are you concerned with the just the grading around the home..Do you look at anything else.
What about retaining walls? Are they built correctly. Do you check to see what is behind a wall? What about those properties where terraces are created because the yard was cut out of a hill?
This month we have Bill Wandsnider from Wandsnider Landscape and Design. He is going to give us tips to look for and things to think about so that we understand why things may have been done a certain way or why they are failing to perform the way they should.
Learn why it is important to take time and understand how the property drains or should drain so that you don't have any issues later.
