Mold Assessor & Remediator Training & Exam at InterNACHI’s Florida House of Horrors® (Past Event)

This training consists of three days of hands-on workshops, with special emphasis on assessing and writing protocols for real estate transaction and insurance claims. You'll learn about the following:

industry standards of practice and mold safety;
moisture intrusion and mold;
mold report writing and remediation protocols; and
water and mold inspections for insurance carriers.
You'll also have the option of taking the Florida Mold Assessor/Remediator Licensing Exam. This training will allow you to earn Continuing Education credits and also provides the initial training you'll need for the included mold assessor and/or remediator licensing exam.

You must attend the full three days in order to receive initial Florida license training credit and to take the exam. To receive only 14 hours of Florida Mold Continuing Education credit, you must attend the first two days of the mold training.
