INSPECTION PHOTOS

It is often said that a picture is worth a thousand words. In this Section, several photos taken from actual inspections are displayed. We ask you to study each photo. Although these are two-dimensional representations, there is sufficient detail for analysis. Try and guess the defects. There may be more defects seen than those identified.

Write down as many defects as you can find. Try and explain why you believe the observed object is a defect. Compare what you find to the defects identified.

The idea behind this exercise is to train your eye and mind to think and observe.
