Warning to Consumers
Unlike other home inspection associations, InterNACHI® front-ends many of its certification requirements and requires that its members take many courses and examinations after joining.  In other words, all of our certified members must fulfill certification requirements before they can become certified.  Other associations have few or no entrance requirements and encourage their members and associates to go out and perform hundreds of unqualified inspections for poor, unsuspecting consumers.

Note to Existing Members
InterNACHI's membership requirements are subject to change, but existing members need only comply with the requirements in effect at the time they joined.

Note to Members of Other Associations
Members of other associations are welcome to join InterNACHI®, but a requirement of membership is that InterNACHI® must be given equal prominence in your marketing materials (such as brochures and websites) as the other associations you belong to.

Continuing Education Log
InterNACHI's Continuing Education system automatically logs every course completion to a time-stamped transcript.  Read more information about the online Continuing Education log.
