We are proud to welcome Mark Hudson, Director of Field Engineering of JDS Consulting (https://jdsconsulting.net). Mark will bring his many years of experience to discuss structural concerns to look for at both pre-drywall inspections and inspections in finished homes.
We will also welcome Eric Coates, the new Executive Director of our state association, NCLHIA (NC Licensed Home Inspector Association), and (hopefully) Ben Gromicko, COO of InterNACHI, who will briefly discuss plans for our joint InterNACHI/NCLHIA Annual Conference next February 2024, in Greensboro.
