Our guest speaker will be Jeff Clair, President of Chief Inspection Services, Inc, and Topline Construction Services, Inc. He will be educating everyone about the Florida Home Inspector SOP. Jeff is a native of Florida and has been involved in Florida's Construction Industry for over 40 years and has been performing Professional Home INpsections since 2000. Jeff has been a FABI member since 2002 and currently serves as the Vice President. Jeff previously served on the FABI Bard as Education Committee Chairman, Director then Secretary.
Jeff is a Florida licensed General contractor, Roofing Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Underground Utility Contractor, Poll & SPa contractor, Building Code Inspector, and Home Inspector. Jeff is a Master Professional Inspector with FABI.
Jeff has authored and presented several Home inspection courses on topics such as HVAC, Electrical, Gas Appliances, Poll & Pre-Drywall Inspections.
