Next Chapter Meeting will be held tonight (Wednesday, Mar 11) at 6:30 PM at IHOP located 4910 West Spruce Street, Tampa, FL 33607 and we will be discussing Part 1 of the 4 Point and Wind Mitigation Inspection Report. Next month (Wednesday, April 8th)), our guest speaker will be an insurance agent to help with Part 2 of the 4 Point inspection report. She will inform us of common mistakes inspectors do on this report and what the insurance company sees are the issues with it.
