Electrical Inspections: Top 10 Things You Should Never Miss!
John Simons with Simons Electric is our speaker this month and he is a great resource that I have personally used for the past 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is going to give you the information you need to write in your report.
We will be focusing on electrical systems in older homes, and discussing electrical upgrades and what we should be looking at. We are also going to talk about GFCI outlets and how to properly test them. If you are relying 100% on the cheap $7.99 tester from a big box store, you should throw it out.
