How much time and effort do you put in looking at the landscape on a
property? Are you concerned with the just the grading around the
home..Do you look at anything else.
What about
retaining walls? Are they built correctly. Do you check to see what is
behind a wall? What about those properties where terraces are created
because the yard was cut out of a hill?
