August Hoppe is our speaker this month. He is the President of WAA (Wisconsin Arborist Association) and also co-owner of Hoppe Tree Service. They are a local, family owned business for the past 3 generations. As experts in Tree Care I know that you will learn something from this event.
When I met August and we talked about how he could help us as home inspectors help our customers. He is going to give us information on what to look for with regards to landscaping issues we find on a property and what to say to the new home owner.
Here are just a few questions I have that he will be addressing. The information he will give is going to help you in your own yard!
1. Should you cut down the tree that is to close to the house?
2. What about the shrubs that are overgrown. Can they be saved!
3. When should trees, shrubs be planted to make sure they don't die?
4. Can you save the Emerald Ash Tree in the yard?
5. You can ask him any questions you have landscape/tree's.
I know many of us give suggestions to the new owner on how to improve and make the house look newer with landscape. (HGTV Stuff)
What is the right way to help your customer. August will provide a good checklist of when things should be done through out the year.
I would really like to see you at this meeting. We are trying to bring
different speakers to our monthly meetings and showing up to support the
speaker is the right thing to do. We hope to see you there.
