This month our topic is Pre-Drywall inspections for new home construction. Learn about inspecting new homes from one of the most successful home inspectors in Florida, Charles Gifford.

Charles has been inspecting homes since 1993. Prior to embarking on a very successful home inspection career, Charles was a new construction superintendent for a major home builder.  And before that he was a US Marine Corps tank commander!

From slab to framing to final inspections and warranty inspections, Charles had done thousands of new construction inspections.  Bring your questions, your answers and your stories to share.

Everyone is welcome to attend: New inspectors, old inspectors as well as friends, partners and spouses of home inspectors.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Meeting location is a real estate office. Please do not park directly in front of the office, it is open on Saturdays.  Please park anywhere else in the parking lot, there are plenty of places to choose from away from the real estate office.
 
Also, since it is an active office, and people will be working, please keep conversation levels low.  They also ask that you do not leave any marketing materials in their office during this time.  Thank you!
