you the greatest view of the sub-structure of the home. It’s important
that you have knowledge not only on what’s going on the structure, it’s also
important that you can recognize when past repairs are well done and when they
are in need of a do-over. Being familiar with state of the art
remediation techniques for moisture elimination, mold reduction and structural
repairs are also critical things that your customer wants you to share with
