Most home inspectors love doing home inspections and hate doing re-inspections. Often the seller has done amateur repairs or hired an unlicensed contractor. The home buyer doesn’t want to pay for the re-inspection. And the home inspector does not want to be responsible for the repairs. There has got to be a way to navigate these traitorous waters!
